These terms apply when you use kellerillustrations.com or buy something from the shop. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Keller Illustrations is a sole-proprietor business owned by Amanda Keller, based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Orders
When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy the product(s) shown. We accept that offer when we send you the order confirmation email and the payment is captured by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a price was clearly listed in error, if we can’t ship to your address, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order, we’ll refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in US dollars. Indiana sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipping to Indiana addresses. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link). We do not store your card number.
Shipping and fulfillment
Each piece is made-to-order by a print partner. Standard production + shipping inside the US is typically 5–9 business days; framed and oversized pieces can take 7–14 days. Details are in our Payment and Fulfillment page. We currently ship only to US addresses.
Returns and damage
Because every piece is printed on demand, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Damage or fulfillment errors are covered — see our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.
Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, and written content on the site is created by or licensed to Amanda Keller and is protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you a finished piece for personal display in your home or office; it does not transfer copyright. You may not resell, reproduce, scan, photograph for re-printing, or use Keller Illustrations artwork commercially without written permission. For licensing inquiries (book covers, editorial, retail products), contact hello@kellerillustrations.com.
Commissions
Commissioned work — including pet portraits — is governed by a separate written brief agreed before work starts. The brief specifies subject, medium, size, delivery format, timeline, deposit, and balance terms. Copyright in commissioned originals is retained by Amanda Keller unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Color and print accuracy
Computer screens and printed paper render color differently. We calibrate the source files to standard sRGB and the print partners use color-managed workflows, but small color and tone differences between what you see on screen and what arrives in the mail are normal and not considered defects.
Limitation of liability
Keller Illustrations’ total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Marion County, Indiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. The terms in force at the time you placed your order govern that order.
