Do you take custom commissions?

Yes. Use the contact form to describe the project, size, subject, deadline, and budget range. Amanda will review the details and reply with next steps.

What kinds of projects can I request?

Common requests include custom illustrations, murals, portraits, pet portraits, window painting, event artwork, private lessons, and freelance collaborations. If you are not sure where your idea fits, send it through the form anyway.

Can I buy products directly from the shop?

Not right now. The shop is temporarily offline while placeholder products are removed and real Keller Illustrations items are prepared. Commission requests and product questions are open through the contact form.

How does payment work?

The site is using Pay after confirmation during this launch period. The website does not collect card payment at checkout. Amanda confirms availability, scope, fulfillment details, and payment instructions by email before any order or custom project moves forward.

How long do commissions take?

Timing depends on size, materials, and current workload. Include your ideal deadline in the request form, especially for gifts, events, business openings, murals, or commercial launches.

Can I cancel, return, or request a refund?

Ready-made goods and custom work may have different terms. Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case, and custom commissions, murals, services, and made-for-you artwork may have separate payment, cancellation, and refund terms confirmed by email before work begins.
