How does checkout work right now?

The shop is currently a preview. You can browse the catalog, but checkout and order requests are disabled while payment, inventory, and fulfillment are tested. No payment is collected.

Do you ship, and from where?

When ordering opens, available products will ship from or be fulfilled for Amanda’s Indianapolis studio. Final shipping and local-pickup terms will be shown before checkout is activated.

What is the difference between prints and originals?

Prints are archival giclée reproductions available in multiple sizes. Originals are one-of-a-kind paintings or drawings — once one sells, it is gone.

How do pet portraits work?

Pet portraits are by application. You apply and choose a tier (Sketch, Standard, or Heirloom); Amanda reviews, accepts, and invoices, then creates and delivers your piece. Reference photos are requested after acceptance.

Can I commission a mural?

Yes. Murals are by inquiry — share your space, rough size, and timeline through the contact page and Amanda will follow up about fit and scheduling.

What is your return policy on custom work?

Original and custom pieces are handled case by case. If something is not right, contact the studio and Amanda will work with you.
