Payment and Fulfillment
Keller Illustrations is currently using manual order confirmation. The website checkout creates an order request with Pay after confirmation; it does not collect card payment at checkout during this launch period.
Payment
After an order is placed, Amanda reviews item availability and the requested fulfillment details. She will reply by email with any needed questions and payment instructions. Please wait for that confirmation before sending payment.
Shipping and Pickup
Shop orders currently use simple flat-rate shipping inside the United States unless Amanda confirms pickup or another arrangement by email. Fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed. Handmade items and custom requests may need extra handling time.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if an item is unavailable, the order was placed by mistake, payment is not completed after follow-up, or the customer asks to cancel before fulfillment begins.
Returns and Refunds
If an order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, contact Amanda as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available. Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case. Please contact Amanda before sending any item back.
Custom commissions, murals, services, and made-for-you artwork may have separate payment, cancellation, and refund terms confirmed by email before work begins.
