Payment when ordering opens
The intended payment provider is Stripe. Accepted methods and the exact checkout terms will be confirmed before sales are activated. Keller Illustrations will not ask for card details by email or through the contact and waitlist forms.
Planned fulfillment
Products are being prepared for print-on-demand or manual fulfillment by a partner matched to the format. Production and delivery estimates will be verified with test orders and published before checkout opens.
Shipping
Final shipping regions, rates, production windows, and local-pickup terms are still being verified. They will be shown before a customer can place an order.
Damage, errors, and returns
